I booked in for a fringe trim. I asked for it to be cut short as it had grown out. The stylist had another client for the time I'd booked for, which was a bit annoying as I'd pre booked to get it done on my lunch break.
I asked for it to be cut short, but the stylist told me several times it was already short.
We got there in the end and I am happy with it now. Just a bit of a shame as the salon looked professional from the outside which is why I booked there

Whilst the salon is nice and staff friendly, I am so upset about my hair cut. I asked for a couple of inches off and whilst I am sure I had more than that taken off, that is not the issue. I said no layers and I left with my hair being very choppy. It just looks really bad, I’m going to have to tie it up for a few months until I can bear to look at it.

It was my first visit to Satori. The salon is very spacious and well designed. I had a beautiful blow dry with Claire. She was very attentive to my request and I loved the way my hair looked afterwards. She also made me a fantastic coffee. I had a most pleasant experience at Satori at Cardinal Place, Victoria and would definitely recommend it!
