It did not take place because it was on what I expected it and the hairdresser confronted me and said that basically why did I put down the phone on her. I wasn’t because I was trying to explain to her that I was rushing and I was scared of getting mugged on the street because I was late and by the time I put down the phone, it was already too late and I didn’t wanna call back.

Amy was absolutely fantastic; I cannot rate her highly enough. The colour was fab and the cut, the best I've ever had for my unruly curly hair! She is inventive and artist as a stylist and happy to cope with my perfectionism! Very friendly and approachable and really understood what I wanted. Just a great experience. Very, very happy.
