I booked in for a fringe trim. I asked for it to be cut short as it had grown out. The stylist had another client for the time I'd booked for, which was a bit annoying as I'd pre booked to get it done on my lunch break.
I asked for it to be cut short, but the stylist told me several times it was already short.
We got there in the end and I am happy with it now. Just a bit of a shame as the salon looked professional from the outside which is why I booked there
