I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year. Was very happy with cuts and colouring from Won. He was always attentive and did an excellent job. Unfortunately my most recent appointment was a total failure by the salon. When I arrived it was closed. No one called me or emailed me to reschedule or tell me. Instead I took off work only to find out that the salon was randomly closed with no notice. Nor has anyone contacted me since to apologise or explain. I will not return. Poor service.
