Really poor experience. Turned up for my apt and was made to wait for 30mins. Another customer came in whilst I was waiting (for the apt slot 30mins after mine) but because she kicked off about the wait & shouted about it, she was then taken before me. The technician tried her best to work it and I guess I should’ve kicked up a fuss more, but the whole situation was managed terribly. Absolute shambles, I will never be back and will never recommend.

We got there and told me they didn’t have an appointment and that they’d call to cancel the appointment. I didn’t have any missed calls at all. They then said my stepdaughter couldn’t have what I’d booked. I’d booked acrylics for £35. But then charged £30 for a manicure. Really bad service and won’t be back.

Rita was amazing, I was embarrassed going in as my nails were very short and one was damaged from a dog bite but Rita was non-judgemental, helpful and kind. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything throughout. Highly recommend 👌

Hair looks amazing, so sleek and soft. Very accommodating as I had to bring my baby with. It did take the best part of 5 hours and treatwell it says 2 hours so would recommend that is amended to reflect it.
