I was booked in with Sadie.. who apparently was not in that day. The staff were trying to reach her, but then said she was skiving! So after a lot of behind the scenes discussion I had my nails done by the apprentice, who did a good job on my nails. Which did last a couple of weeks. The salon and staff were lovely. I just felt it was unprofessional, especially as I had paid online and was told Sadie would contact me regarding a discount… which she hasn’t.
