Booked last minute and arrived on time, but nobody seemed to know about it. I waited around 10 minutes before they eventually found someone to see me (not the therapist named so not her fault) Massage was weak despite me booking a deep tissue treatment, and after 30mins was told it was finished, even though I’d booked 60. I emailed the salon afterwards but never received a reply, so here I am leaving a bad review when I don't want to. Shame

First time visiting the salon today and will definitely be back! Managed to get a last min appt for hair and nails and everyone at the salon made me feel very welcome! Brilliant atmosphere, great hair cut and love my nails. Every member of staff I spoke to were so friendly! Will be recommending to all my friends :)

The overall environment of the salon was so warm and welcoming- the staff were very accommodating and I was super happy with my hair- the blow dry lasted me all night and no frizz at all and that is definitely a plus as my hair is naturally curly. I will definitely be visiting again very soon. Thank you so much
