I got a call shortly before my appointment saying that their booking system doesn’t link to Treatwell and actually the stylist that I’d paid to see had no availability all day (showed as full availability on treatwell). They kindly found me a different time with a different stylist but overall kind of annoying, would have just cancelled if I hadn’t paid upfront. Cut as always was great and nice experience apart from that. Next time I will just book direct.
