I had a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Kim. I was able to book an evening appointment on the same day, which was really convenient. The treatment rooms are downstairs at the back of Tony and Guy, so it doesn't seem a very relaxing environment initially, but the treatment rooms themselves are very pleasant and clean. The staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The massage was brilliant, possibly one of the best I've had. I'd slept a bit funny a few nights in a row and had a lot of stiffness in my neck and upper back, which was completely gone after the massage! I'd definitely recommend Kim and this salon and will be going again.
Swedish Massage
Not very good. A week later I felt that my skin was flaring up again and I had to book another back facial. That time I went to Murad and they cleaned up once and got all. All for this place - it's just ok but don't expect long-term results.

The painting of the nails was fairly good but very little cuticle trimming (which I really needed), the other beautician I have used there previously has a higher attention to detail but still good.
Manicure
Very nice gel nail manicure. Kim was friendly and nice. Manicure is good - so far lasted five days no chips! My nails are a good shape and the cuticle work was thorough. Thanks for making my hands pretty.
