Overall a good gel mani, staff were pleasant enough although I think they should relocate so that customers are not sitting with people having their hair cut! There was a lot of hair on the floor and the ambience generally was not very relaxing with hairdryers etc.

I had Kim and she was so so lovely put me right at ease and I’m not sure how but the order of how she waxed made it almost pain free! And the hair has grown back so so thin I’m so shocked!! (I’ve been getting waxes for over a year and not had it like this) I’m thrilled and will definitely be coming back!! Also she was very professional about it being a certain time of the month and not bothered!
