Booked a last minute as my normal salon couldn't fit me in. When I arrived the therapist complained that I had OPI polish on my nails saying it would take ages to soak off even though I booked an appointment that should last 30 mins but in fact she had it done in 22 minutes. Not sure what all the huffing and puffing was about. I think its unprofessional to complain to your customer and that you should just get on with the task even if it annoys you.
The table where you have your nails done is dirty and should be cleaned often.
Will think twice about visiting here in the future.
