I started going to Tamara’s for help in regaining range of motion in my right arm and recurring chronic neck & shoulder pain. Both Tamara and and Vicky have done wonders for my pain with their deep-pressure massage techniques which have given me prolonged benefit and relief. Both professional, knowledgable and very attentive in making sure to work on my problem areas.

The lady was lovely and the overall experience was very relaxing. My skin seems to be more spotty in the aftermath of the facial but this is possibly a good thing if the facial brought out the impurities.
