The end result - gel nails pedicure itself was near perfect. It ended up looking really nice, and the technician was very, very nice.
However, I give it 3 stars for the overall experience + value (55 GBP). Although I showed up a few minutes early, the appointment ended maybe 15-20 mins earlier than advertised (1 hr for the gel pedicure/spa). It is also a little awkward as you have to lie down on one of those beds like they have at the doctor's office, and they fill a tub of water that they set on it and you place your feet in while you are lying down. Also, the nail filing, cuticle cleanup, and gel nail polish application all happened before soaking the feet and the foot scrub, which was unusual to me. This means that the soak, foot scrub, callus scrub was all done with the nail polish on -- at the end one of the nails had to be quickly repainted (did not take very long, so it wasn't a big issue really).
Overall, even though my nails ended up looking nice, I would not pay for that particular pedicure experience again.

Tamara was fabulous. Felt so comfortable, she was so friendly and chatty and very thorough. Will definitely be back to try more treatments.
