Staff were almost 10 minutes late which is a long time if you are popping in on your lunch break. Left with huge cut from the nail file on one of my fingers - stings when they rub alcohol on it and doing day-to-day things such as washing your hands or the dishes. They also let me choose from a range of colours but didn’t end up having the colour I chose.
