This was my first treatment with Simran. I used to book with Aman who I found out has left. I wasn't happy with how Simran did my hollywood wax. She had waxed areas which are not included. I mentioned that this is not included in a hollywood wax. I am disappointed in the overall service received. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I had mentioned to Simran not to carry on with what she did yet she did not pay attention to my words. This is poor customer service. I will not be returning here.
