This was my first ever facial and I was very nervous. Simran was great with the services and also answering all my questions. She was very calm/patient with me as I kept talking. The only thing was time delay which I didn't really mind waiting.

I put the tooth gem on Friday 25 and after 2 hours it came out.They told me if it came out in the next week they replaced for free but just if I have still the gem! Yesterday evening came out again and I swallowed the gem! So I lost 25 £ for nothing
