I enjoyed my haircut at Sas&Co, Lauren is skilled and friendly and the salon is very lovely, however some additional details for, example guiding through what will happen as each step goes would add to an overall 5 star customer service experience. Otherwise happy with the service and would come back.

Sara always listen to what you want for your hair. Style colour and is very attentive. I have been with Sara for over 20 years now for cut & colour .

It's obvious there are some great relationships between some hairdressers & customers which is lovely, but as a newcomer I felt unwelcome on arrival. Also, the dust and hair on the floor by the stations was really unpleasant. Spring clean needed!
