Resh and Mona are lovely, very friendly. The set up is tiny, a girl was have her eyelashes done in the same room as me getting waxed, so if privacy is an issue for you, I would say mind this.
I paid for a full hot wax, but got a strip on top and a hot wax underneath. Not the best wax either-hair was majority removed, but I've had more efficient treatments before for less and with better results (skin was quite raw after the strip, which is why I always get a hot wax).

I went for a Hollywood waxing, the place was very easy to find, the staff was welcoming and friendly. the room was very clean, the waxing was done efficiently and not too painful. I was very pleased and will go back there.

Resh was very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. She has a very light hand and she is very skilled. She completed the treatment in around 20 minutes which was a complete shock especially for hot wax. It was overall a very good experience - the only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because it wasn't very thorough as she missed a few bits. Other than that would definately go again.

I booked for eyebrow threading and eyebrow & eyelash tint. I'm really happy with the results as the beautician actually *listened to me* when I said I didn't want them too thin and tinted just a bit darker than my hair :)
To put this into context, I have just finished spending 8+ agonising weeks growing back my eyebrows after a Superdrug beautician destroyed the shape completely by threading them too thin...
