A visit to Sarasin Spa is always a superb treat. The only thing that didn't quite work this time was the fact that there were only 2 staff working that day and since we went for a couples massage, they were both busy, so there was no one to attend to phone or door bell ringing, etc., so it was a bit noisy on an occasion. I still loved the experience though!
