The music in the hall was too loud so I could hear it from my room which had different music on. I wasn't shown out when finished I was left to my own devices and I'd never been before. However the massage was good.

The spa was lovely throughout, very clean with nice ambience. My therapist was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was huge plus that I was able to book in on the same day as I had decided last minute I really needed a massage. It was very relaxing and great value for money.
