Sarasin Spa is has such a calm and relaxing environment. I've had several different massages there and have enjoyed them all. The therapists are professional, attentive and kind.

Offered Thai massage rather than Swedish on the day. Staff lovely & massage v good but there was no-one working reception at the time I was there so masseuse had to leave several times during my appointment so it wasn't as relaxing as I was hoping. Lovely spot though so I'm sure under normal circumstances it's v relaxing.
