I had a wonderful experience at the spa and Eric is an absolute star.
He knew all the right places to touch and squeezed out a couple years worth of tight muscles and knots. He was attentive, caring and had a good sense of humour. The whole experience transported me to a whole new place. The spa is a quiet oasis and as if I were in Thailand.
I will definitely return the next time in Manchester and hopefully see Eric again to have another wonderful experience.

The massage was great, the appointment was later than I originally booked, they seemed to have over ran however did not advise of this or apologise, no warm greeting upon arrival or offered any beverages. Within the room , our masseuse kept chatting amongst themselves and there was utter silence the times they didn’t speak as there was no music playing in the background. The room was quite chilly. Overall it was ok and enjoyed the massage.
