It was strange, the staff were not expecting us when we arrived, sat on the sofa with their shoes off. I tried to discuss what massage we would get, but communication was poor and we ended up with a Thai aroma massage without having chosen it. The massage was not relaxing. The masseuse used quick and painful strokes. I had to ask for lighter touches. The masseuse also left the room 2/3 times as their friend had left the door open and people had wondered in off the street. A stressful experience.

The venue was clean and well decorated and the light exclusion in the room was good which helped the atmosphere. Unfortunately the sound exclusion could have been better, we could hear a phone conversation in the reception.
Massage was really good, went the full hour, good pressure and worked away the tight spots. Would go again!

Place is nice and clean. A bit disappointed with the massage as it wasn't very strong. It seemed that she rushed to finish my massage as the other lady did more 'moves' on my partner. Overall both were very nice and professional.i would recommend to book directly with the venue as I discovered the price was £5 cheaper than with treatwell!
