Booked a Thai massage as I was having back. I believe masseuses name was Eric, he listened to where my problem areas were and made me feel very welcome. Sarasin Spa had a beautiful look to it which first attracted me and loved up to it in person. Would definitely recommend here!

The spa was a little tucked away so difficult to find.
However once inside it was very clean and welcoming.
I booked a treatment with a friend and they put us in the same room without asking. My friend was having a massage and me a facial. I think it would have been nicer for them to ask if we wanted that.
Both our treatments were great and there was a lovely atmosphere in the room

A really great massage and enjoyable experience. We visited as a couple and were made to feel very welcome. We were able to have back, neck and shoulder massages in the same room. The massages were excellent and tailored to an appropriate pressure for our individual needs. Mike and A were really friendly and welcoming and the spa itself is a lovely, calm & clean environment.
