Visited Sarasin a good 4/5 times in the past and always enjoyed my experience but today was by far the best. I am a nail tech and spend a lot of my time hunched over so I suffer with my neck and shoulders. It was so painful today as she really targeted those areas I’m tight in but I already feel so much better and lighter. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had a few massages at Sarasin Spa but today I’m very disappointed I’ve booked a foot massage and I haven’t got one. I was looking forward to it but for the first time I am very disappointed. I usually think it is 10/10 but today left me disappointed as I’ve paid £75 for 1 hour and 30 mins I would have expected to get a massage as good as usual. Tina is amazing still she’s very good but I believe she wasn’t aware of the massage I’ve booked.
