I got to Sarasin Spa early - I was shown to my room at 15.55 for a 16.00 appt for a 90 min treatment - therapist came in at 16.15 and it wasn’t Nan - it was a young man - Flick? I wasn’t asked if I would be happy with a male masseuse - Very disappointed as I’d read great reviews about Nan - the time wasn’t made up - the treatment finished at 17.30 - I’m a massage therapist myself and have been for 23 years - my experience wasn’t the best - sorry
