I had dermaplane here. The therapist is really lovely but I have to leave an honest review. I don’t think it’s fair to have a beauty therapist who does not speak English. I wanted to ask loads of questions in regards to after care and she does not understand a thing. Only speaks Portuguese. I wouldn’t book again. For customer experience it’s unfair as she had to use a translator for me to understand some of the things she was saying.

Thé lady was very nice but the massage was way too soft… I told her to go with more strength but I am not sure she understood English… I will not go again as I need more punchy massage but if you like soft ones it is for you!
