Feeling so much better and relaxed after my massage with Sarah. I really felt like I was getting an individual service and that the massage was tailored to me as and not just a stock massage every client gets. Sarah took the time to really get to know me and the areas that needed work. She found areas of tension that I wasn’t even aware of!
Sarah has an excellent specialised set up for the pregnancy massage, the special pillow allowed my to lie on my front, which made the massage feel like even more of a treat.
Sarah took the time at the end of the massage to give me advice on how to reduce tension in the future and explain what she did during the massage and how it will help, especially with tension headaches, this again helped to make the experience more individual to me.
I will definitely be going back!
