I received an aromatherapy massage from Sarah and what a fantastic experience it was - Sarah is very knowledgable, friendly and has a calming aura about her. She selected some scents for me to try, offered bees wax and vegan options and checked in with me on my tense areas. The massage itself was then fab, very relaxing (and turned a hectic day into a very chilled one). The price is also very competitive for a tailored service like this. Would recommend

Held over 2 venues at the historical Royal Arsenal in Woolwich. The Thursday clinic is situated in the modern Yoga Space with stunning views over the Thames. The Sunday Clinic is situated in the historic main building of Gunnery Works (formerly Gunnery House), which offers free on-site parking.

Sarah is an experienced massage therapist, who has worked in the industry since 2011, delivering quality treatments ranging from aromatherapy to sports massage, and carrying out a variety of techniques to help tailor each treatment to you and your specific needs.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing treatment or to treat those aches and pains, we've got you covered. Pay and display parking is available nearby at the Heritage Centre car park, or Cannon Square for the Yoga Space clinic, or directly outside Gunnery Works for the Sunday Gunnery Clinic
