Great experience. Sara understood what l wanted & made helpful suggestions to improve my fine, thinning hair. Came out with a shorter, bouncy style which made my hair look thicker. Will definitely go there again.

Terrible experience. My hair was left damp and in a mess. Instead of light hairlights I ended up with grey roots, red and blond bits of highlights.
