I have a lot of thick & stubborn hair which makes it a bit challenging. My hair is also nearly black and quite hard to bleach - but Lily always gets it done perfectly and evenly, plus when she applies bleach it doesn't sting and itch the way it used to at previous hair dressers.
My complete treatment is bleach - wash - apply blue colour - wash - cut - blowdry, and Lily is fast, efficient and the result is consistently great
