My wax tech was very skilled and also very kind, patient and attentive. She was also conversational which helped calm my nerves. Unfortunately, the room was quite messy with stains on the walls, and I was a little worried about hygiene. I think this was a bit of a problem as after almost a week I still have some skin irritation. This was certainly no fault of the technician, I think it's the environment she was working with that may have caused an issue. Still a good service overall!
