Really disappointed with this salon. I booked an appointment specially for a night out with a nail technician who is good. When I arrived at the salon I was not taken by the person I specified. This wasn’t acceptable as I prebooked purposely as some of the other technicians have given me pretty poor quality gel nails previously. I ended up leaving without having my nails done. Very disappointing and I won’t be back.

The friendly female staff were chatty and time passed quickly. Instead of using all dremmel tool to remove my old gelish nail varnish, she used just nail file and varnish remover. I find it to be kinder on my nails. She recommended not to get a pedicure, and that I could get another 2 weeks out of the gelish on my toe nails already.
