I arrived on time for my appointment but they didn't see me until 35 minutes later. I had another appointment at 5:30 (my treatment was booked for 4:15), and at 5:30 they were only 40 minutes into my pedicure and unable to finish.
My advice would be to not make an appointment because they don't seem to adhere to them. The callus peel itself (although I didn't get a complete one) was great!
