Used Sara a few good times for my waxing, the rooms are usually of a very poor standard but this time the room was absolutely filthy, the floors, the equipment, even the table that was in there looked like it had not been washed for years, pretty disgusting to say the least.
The female that did my waxing looked like she did not even want to be there, she applied the wax with a slap dash method, huffing and puffing as she went along, no smile, no greeting, no interaction with her client.
