I walked in with a grown-out bob and asked for just a light trim as I’m trying to grow my hair. I also requested soft fringe layers and showed a reference photo. Instead, around 5 cm was cut off the back to my neck while the front was left long, creating a lob I didn’t want. This made the requested layers impossible. I’m now back to a bob after a year of growing. The stylist was friendly, but the result didn’t match what I asked for at all.

Such a pleasant experience for waxing! relatively pain free, staff were friendly and welcoming. treatment room clean and tidy. my only criticism would be it could do with a decor update. everything else was great 👍🏼 thanks ladies 😊
