First of all, I came exactly on time for my appointment and was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait? Second, for HD eyebrows the beautician is supposed to talk about your eyebrows and how you would like them, I didn't get it. Third, she had threaded and tinted my eyebrows unevenly and I basically had to fix them myself. And lastly, she didn't even remove the split ends from my hair , what good was it to make an appointment if I didn't even get what I wanted and had to wait for long
