Wanted to use an electric file on my nails to make them smooth or the gel wouldn’t stick. Then used a rough nail file across the tops of my nails to make them rough or the gel wouldn’t stick. Which is it?! Huffed and sighed because I asked her not to use the drill and said it would take ages in that case. In reality it was 45 mins for both as she simply just gave up on shaping/prepping my nails. Crap atmosphere, salon is covered in an inch of dust, tools etc not cleaned between clients. Avoid.
