I feel really bad leaving this review as the lady was lovely but unfortunately my experience was incredibly poor. The salon itself really needs a refresh as it looks really scruffy. I was sat to wait on the chair which was in a way to go downstairs - very unpleasant considering no social distancing was happening. Some of the people weren’t wearing masks properly. My haircut took place downstairs which was really messy. The cut wasnt done well (in 5 mins) and she didnt dry/style my hair.

Always get great treatments at Sara. Had a waxing,eyebrow and facial threading. Felt fantastic afterwards. Been coming back again and again for years and will continue to do so.
