Arrived on time, got a snarl at the desk and then sat for 15mins, so appointment running late, no apologies.
Had an Indian head massage - was not relaxing at all, had to tell her to ease off a bit. Was essentially scrunching and very roughly rubbing my head for 30mins. No massage of the neck or shoulders, didn’t focus on the acupressure points. Doubt she was even qualified to do it. She also had long nails so they jabbed into the back of my ears a lot.
