It wasn’t very clean , she wasn’t expecting me, her nails were long and kept scratching me , she was eating and on phone while doing my hair . Overall not why professional but the final result wasn’t too bad.

Everything wrong. The same as the previous revious, no acknowledge of my booking, no English from hair stylist, place just generally dirty and the use of some dirty towel full of bleach marks to dry my hair as you can see it was the only towel used for the whole day. Lady got annoyed and rude over the fact she couldn’t understand what I wanted so I left unhappy with the result anyways and had to re do it myself at home. My friends couldn’t tell I had a blow dry. Curls gone in half an hour and not that wow effect. And to finish it, website says 15£ but she wanted to charged me 20£. Avoid.

This place is great value for money and Shimu is really friendly and efficient. I would recommend a visit.

The lady who served me was nice and made sure i was satisfied with the results. Its a pretty straightforward experience with no frills. You get what you pay for here. Great value!
