Booked a cut blow dry and mask treatment. Not sure when the treatment happened! It was also supposed to be £33 but was charged £43. Hair was blow dried into a wave which is fine
But after washing at home and straightening, the cut is extremely choppy and doesn’t look straight

Beautiful haircut which really suited me despite me not being sure what i wanted as Sara was very talented. Appointment began a little late due to reasons out of their control but they really made up for it with their hospitality and everything else
