Arrived and the salon doesn't exist. Nearby salons think it changed names but shutters were down at the address. No answer on the phone or anything. Don't book here!

Terrible experience! Absolute waste of money.
Totally unprofessional in every sense.
Took a phone call during the massage.
Music on phone kept stopping every time a message came through.
Sheets on bed not changed from previous client.
Salon was a building site...and the name was not even the same as booked.
Only one room ready.
Loud music blaring outside the treatment room.
Massage felt like it was not skilled.
When I booked - they contacted to change the time to 2hrs later.
Total shambles.

Initially booked a last minute appointment when the salon was shut. When I attended for the rescheduled appointment the salon name is not what is advertised as on Treatwell and currently under renovation. Head massage was ok.
