Terrible experience! Absolute waste of money. Totally unprofessional in every sense. Took a phone call during the massage. Music on phone kept stopping every time a message came through. Sheets on bed not changed from previous client. Salon was a building site...and the name was not even the same as booked. Only one room ready. Loud music blaring outside the treatment room. Massage felt like it was not skilled. When I booked - they contacted to change the time to 2hrs later. Total shambles.

Initially booked a last minute appointment when the salon was shut. When I attended for the rescheduled appointment the salon name is not what is advertised as on Treatwell and currently under renovation. Head massage was ok.
