Staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel welcome. Also good value for money. One point to note is that this is actually in someone's home. However the salon has actually been done up like a proper salon that you do feel like you're in one so it really is worth visiting. I've been to a few at home salons in the past and this, by far, was the best. My only criticism is that the shellac was poorly done. You could still see my natural nail through the colour and within a week my nails were badly chipped. It's for that reason alone that I didn't give it 5 stars.

The staff are very friendly and make the whole experience enjoyable. Ihe prices are affordable and of great value. I have noticed a massive difference from my lazer treatment, and always go there for my eyebrow threading. The staff are all trained and experienced- Excellent overall!
I have been coming to sapphire for laser hair removal and after only 3 treatments have seen a noticeable difference.
The staff are lovely and very friendly and overall I am extremely satisfied.
I go for my laser hair removal mostly and I've only had 4 sessions so far, I have already noticed a significant difference, my shaving has reduced a lot and takes me a quarter of the time now than it used to as there is a lot less hair.. The service is really good and the place is really clean.
All treatments are truly fantastic...everything is done to a perfection and with so much care...strongly recommend hair and beauty treatments at this salon...
