Most painful, patchy Hollywood wax job. Hot wax machine wasn’t working and no prior warning. Just got told it’s ok to use strips all over in the delicate areas. So badly done, I left shaking. So painful. Hoping they provide at least a refund for such a poor service.

I was greeted at the door and introduced to Sima who took care of me. She was very welcoming and listened to what I wanted before starting. Altogether a good experience, will come again.
