Attended for a Hollywood wax, naturally a little nervous. However I was made to feel very at ease throughout with the wonderful Lori. I am delighted with the finished result! I will be returning for next treatment.
I had a cut and blow dry with Malika... Really relaxing and again delighted with results!

Generally not a particularly pleasant or relaxing experience. I was led to a seat that had hair on it from the previous customer(s) which must have been the day before as my appointment was the first of the day. There was also quite a lot of hair on the surfaces and other chairs. We talked about the balayage treatment I had booked, and in the end decided to colour the roots and put in a few lowlights. I'm pleased with the colour, but was not told until I went to the till at the end that this would cost me extra. I had pre-paid for a treatment that included a discount. I do not think it is acceptable to proceed with a treatment without informing a customer that it will affect the price.
When washing out the colour, I experienced the most aggressive hair wash I've ever had. The hairdresser had very long nails that scratched my head and neck. I've never had a salon experience like it.
The cut was over within about 2 minutes, and the blow dry pretty ordinary. When asked my opinion I pointed out that one side was shorter than the other, and there then began a series of snips to each side to try to even it out. Generally quite unsettling and did not inspire confidence. I won't be returning.
