Kamil was nice, but seemed distracted and I ended up with quite noticeable horizontal sections in my balayage. He went through and fixed a few sections, which looks nice now but there are still some stripes I can see. The cut at the back is also very steppy and the layers are really noticeable and not blended. I did message the salon though, and straight away they offered to book me in the get it fixed with another stylist which I am going to today. So that was really nice service from them.
