Appointment was at 19:00 but got there half an hour early and they saw me then which was great. I got a tiny trim and a curly blowdry. Loved the blowdry, I often find hairdressers really pull your hair when they're blowdrying but the stylist i saw was very gentle which made a nice change. My sweater got a bit wet from the hair wash but apart from that my visit was good.

I don't normally write complaints, but unfortunately I have to write this one more as a warning. Let me start from positives... Staff were really nice, ambience was good too. I was offered a drink on arrival and everyone was pleasant. My bad experience is strictly for waxing. It was the most painful experience of my life! Let me start from saying that I've been doing hollywood waxing for 3 years now and I've never experienced anything similar. Extremely painful and long process, she was pulling each stripe a few times, which made it even worse. At the end she asked me if she could put after-waxing gel on, I agreed and my skin was literally burning!!! She apologised and used aloe vera gel instead. After she left I looked at the first bottle and it was cleansing pre-waxing gel!!! It was really horrible experience, my skin was in pain for the next two days and even today is still red and I can't touch it. Most painful experience ever.
