It was exactly what I was expecting based on the other reviews. They did a decent job on my nails and for being a "deal" I didn't mind that it took a bit longer and my technician didn't given my exactly even nails. But she took her time and did a nice job.
I am used to pedicures which take longer and include scrubbing and massaging both foot and lower leg, a part which I always look forward to. This pedicure felt more like a mini-pedicure rather than the full on. Also I was surprised to see razor blades used for removing hard skin on the heels rather than sand paper, which I'm pretty sure is not the recommended way to remove it. Also I ended up with a cut on my heel, which I only noticed the next day when it became infected and painful while walking.
The nail technician was very good and very friendly, although a little rushed. The atmosphere was very welcoming to the point of other clients joking and talking naturally to me and each other as if we'd all met before, which was nice for someone new.
