Salon is very pretty and pedicure was okay, I find the white gel polish not saturated enough, and the foot stool kept coming off so it was a bit uncomfortable to rest your feet on it without it moving all the time. It might seem like something minor but it does make it less relaxing

Really nice therapist who tried her best. Wd have helped to have a more suitable was as the peel off one with difficult for her to use. Wax became too hot and really hurt but she was apologetic and no burn came up. Would give another go possibly.

Ellie took great care of me and kept me topped up with tea. She made sure that the temperature of the water, the hot towels and the room was the right one for me. My feet are feeling great after the pedicure and I’ll make sure to book with her again.

The nail section is very nicely decorated and offers a welcoming experience on first impression. Unfortunately for me that was the end of the nice experience. My wax was incomplete as the therapist was struggling to get a grip on the wax without catching skin and tugging at hair which was incredibly painful I had to leave and book elsewhere to have it finished. I spoke with management afterwards who promised a refund that never arrived so all in all I would not recommend
